Cashew Sour Cream 0

原料

raw cashew: 1 cup, Water: 1/2 cup, lemon juice: 2 tbsp, apple cider vinegar: 1/2 tsp, garlic powder: 1/2 tsp, Onion powder: 1/2 tsp, Sea salt: 1/4 tsp, white pepper: 1/4 tsp

步驟

1Soak raw cashew for overnight.

2Drain and rinse the cashews.

3In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

4Keeps up to 7 days in the fridge.
