杏仁脆片 (Almond Curls) 0

原料

材料Ingredients:, 150克糖 150g sugar, 80克 低筋麵粉 80g superfine flour, 250克蛋白 250g egg white, 50克溶化奶油50g melted butter, 300克杏仁片 300g almond flakes

步驟

做法Method:

1。 將糖和麵粉混合均勻。

Mix sugar and flour.

2。加入蛋白輕輕拌至糖溶解,加入溶化奶油拌勻。

Add in egg white into method (1). Mix lightly until sugar

dissolves and add in melted butter, mix well.

3) 加入杏仁片 拌均勻後,放入冰箱一個小時。

Add in almond flakes. Mix well and keep in refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4。烤盤鋪上一張紙,取杏仁片麵糊鋪滿整張紙,鋪成一層薄

薄的片狀,以150C烤15-20分鐘。

Line the tray with parchment paper. Scoop some almond

flakes mixture, spread it evenly into thin slice on the whole

paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 15-20 minutes till

light brown.
