Hot enough for you? Why not try giving your AC a break and cooling off with one of these fruit-filled ice Popsicles instead. We're layering kiwis, peaches, mangoes, and berries in Popsicle molds before topping with white grapefruit juice (the clear liquid allows all the fruit to be front and center). Serve these two-step treats as a healthy snack, dessert, or -- why not? -- at breakfast time. Enjoy!

Sarah's Tip of the Day: We used tropical fruits in this recipe, but sliced stone fruits or chopped melons would work well, too!

原料

黃桃 一個(每片1/2英寸), 獼猴桃 兩個 (每片1/4英寸), 藍莓 三英兩, 草莓 四英兩 (對半切開), 白葡萄糖漿(或自製糖水) 1 1/2-2 杯

步驟

1對半切開草莓

2切好獼猴桃和黃桃

3將所有水果按自己喜歡的感覺在冰棒格裡面擺設吧,然後倒上糖水放入冰箱六個小時(最久存放不要超過兩周)

4成型後將磨具放入溫水一會方便冰棒取出。超級適合夏天的漂亮健康自製冰棒。
