步骤

1                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            先将面筋球用剪刀剪洞,然后用筷子在洞内蠕动几下,食指转转(不要破)以便放肉馅。                                                                                                                                                

2肉先放葱姜末,盐, 酱油, 味精, 胡椒粉,五香粉,香油搅匀,朝一方向拌匀(不易出水)
