Traditional shrimp soup

原料

1/4 cup olive oil, 1 pound shrimp(我用了2/3 蝦加一些扇貝,扇貝比蝦味道 還好),6 cloves garlic thinly sliced,1 tsp brandy, some chopped parsley,一隻干辣椒

步驟

1,中大火,熱油,把蒜煎黃 2,下蝦,辣椒,煎熟 3,下brandy,稍微saute一下,下parsley,鹽,出鍋
