Pollo en salsa de ajo (chicken in garlic sauce)

原料

去骨去皮雞腿: 1kg, 紅椒粉: 1tbs, 橄欖油: 2tbs, 蒜瓣(不要剝皮): 8, Fino sherry: 60ml, 雞高湯: 125ml, 月桂葉: 1, 歐芹碎: 2tbs

步驟

1去除雞腿上肥肉,切塊

2紅辣椒粉與鹽,胡椒混合,加入1拌勻

3大火加熱油,放入蒜炸1-2min後,取出蒜

4把雞塊放入燒5mins, 加入sherry, 煮沸30秒,加入高湯月桂葉。小火加蓋10mins

5把3中取出的蒜搗碎,與歐芹混合,倒入4,加蓋,cook until tender
