烘烤雞蛋火腿西紅柿(Baked eggs with ham and tomato)

原料

雞蛋: 4個, 西紅柿: 6個, 火腿: 3根, 蒜: 6瓣, 芝士: 30克

步驟

1加熱油少許,入蒜末炒。加入切好的西紅柿,小火燜10分鐘,待出汁,西紅柿變軟。可淋入適量番茄醬。

2西紅柿湯汁分別放入兩個可烘焙的碗中,加入切塊的火腿,拌均勻。兩個碗中分別打入兩個雞蛋,浮在上面。在分別撒入芝士。

3兩個碗放入烤箱中,200度,12~15分鐘。完成。開吃,可以與脆麵包一起吃~

小技巧

兩個碗不要放太滿,烘焙之後雞蛋和芝士會膨脹。
