原料

鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量, 芹菜: 一把, 菌菇(牛肝菌或其他): 適量, 白果: 適量(25顆), 胡蘿蔔粒(或 胡蘿蔔): 適量, 香腸: 適量

步驟

1牛肝菌干 洗凈 防水泡發

2白果 洗凈 芹菜 去根 洗凈 浸泡片刻 切3cm段 香腸 洗凈 切片 胡蘿蔔碎 洗凈(或胡蘿蔔?洗凈 去皮 切絲)

3取 一口鍋 放適量水 加鹽 水大滾 放入 芹菜汆燙 小滾1分鐘後 取出 浸入冷水  放涼 取出瀝干 (上面步驟 忘記放圖) 取一口鍋 熱鍋冷油 放入香腸 略微翻炒 放入 胡蘿蔔 翻炒 放入 汆燙過的芹菜 放入 牛肝菌及其泡發的水 放入 白果 翻炒 加蓋

4數分鐘後 開蓋 加適量鹽糖 調味出鍋
