Tartine #5 roasted carrots with goat cheese and balsamic drizzle

步驟

1先做Balsamic Drizzle (Graze). 1 cup 義大利黑醋 2 tsp 糖,brown sugar preferred 低溫加熱20分鐘,到很濃稠糖漿狀

2胡蘿蔔切條,塗橄欖油,一丟丟海鹽,羅勒碎,烤箱烤熟軟

3麵包切片烤脆,依次擺上,最後淋上幾滴糖醋
