Tartine #1 Grilled Peaches, Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions

原料

歐包/法棍: , 洋蔥(白): , 羊奶酪: , 桃子: , 醬油,醋,橄欖油,黑胡椒:

步驟

1洋蔥切片,鍋底塗薄油,小火煎至上色

2鍋里倒入少量醬油,最好是日本的甜醬油,煎到綿軟,然後洋蔥留在鍋里吸收醬油的味道

3桃子切片,塗橄欖油油,放到燒烤盤中煎軟

4一大勺羊奶酪goat cheese, 放入黑胡椒,橄欖油和醋拌勻

5處理麵包,歐包或法棍,切片,用烤箱或者燒烤盤烤脆,然後,費查哪個重要的一部,用生洋蔥在熱的麵包上擦,就像擦橡皮那樣,目的是把洋蔥汁留在麵包上

6最後,依次擺上,開吃
