原料

薺菜: 適量, 豬肉: 適量, 冬筍: 適量, 大蒜頭: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 糖: 適量, 生粉: 適量

步驟

1薺菜 洗凈 豬肉 切絲 放生粉1勺 大蒜2瓣 生抽1勺 腌制 冬筍 一切四

2鍋內 放入水 待水開 放入 冬筍 小火 煮沸 取出冬筍 晾涼冬筍 切絲

3熱鍋 冷油 倒入肉絲 翻炒 肉絲髮白 盛出待用

4鍋內放入薺菜翻炒 略微癟掉點 放入肉絲 冬筍絲 少量水 1勺生抽 煮沸 調味 出鍋

小技巧

冬筍先用熱水煮一下 是為了筍絲在菜翻炒時 筍絲不易斷裂
