河蝦: 400克, 姜: 3、4片, 料酒: 適量, 油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量, 蔥: 適量, 醋: 少量

步驟

1河蝦 洗凈 控水 切3、4片 薑片,洗凈 切絲 取小蔥2根 切2cm 小段

2熱鍋 冷油 放入薑絲 小火 薑絲 煸黃 放入河蝦

3加1湯匙料酒 加 0.5湯匙 醋 加適量水 沒過 河蝦 加蓋 滾煮

4待 河蝦全身變紅 加 2小勺鹽、2小勺糖 調味 (根據個人口感調味 湯可略咸) 撒上蔥段

5出鍋 裝盤
