肉桂麥片粥配奶油焦糖無花果Cinnamon porridge with caramel figs and cream

原料

燕麥片: 200g, 肉桂粉: 1/4小勺, 黃油: 50g, 黃糖: 115g, 奶油: 300ml, 無花果: 6個 切半, 牛奶,厚奶油: 食用時

步驟

1燕麥,一升(四杯)水和肉桂粉中火加熱攪拌約5分鐘直到粘稠順滑,置於一邊。

2平底鍋融合黃油,加約2大勺黃糖,攪拌至融化,拌入奶油,煮沸,燉5分鐘,到稍稍粘稠。

3無花果放入烤盤,撒上剩餘黃糖,烤至糖融化。

4碗內舀入燕麥粥,澆上一些牛奶,放上無花果和焦糖醬。再放上一大團厚奶油。
