原料

薄百葉: 適量(2張), 大蒜: 適量, 五花臘肉(或 五花肉): 適量, 料酒: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量

步驟

1薄百葉 洗凈 切1cm寬的絲 開水 煮滾 放入薄百葉絲 水再次滾起 關火 (煮過的豆製品去豆腥味)

2大蒜 洗凈 切3cm段 五花臘肉 切1cm薄片 20片左右

3熱鍋 冷油 倒入 臘肉 料酒適量 (不用酒煮 久煮後肉皮部分會過老) 倒入 大蒜 翻炒 待大蒜 癟下去 加 薄百葉 生抽1勺 水少許 滾開 適量鹽、糖  調味  出鍋
