原料

青椒: 個, 生抽: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 素湯: 適量, 糖: 適量, 高湯(或 濃湯寶): 適量

步驟

1青椒 洗凈 去籽 素腸 洗凈   取一口鍋 放適量水 煮開 加適量鹽 倒入素腸 滾煮片刻(去豆製品的豆腥味) 取出素腸 晾涼

2青椒 切絲

3熱鍋 冷油 油熱後 倒入青椒絲翻炒片刻 倒入 素腸 倒入適量高湯(或 加水和濃湯寶) 小火滾煮 (水量 略微低於菜量)

4小滾片刻 加適量鹽、糖 調味出鍋
