【梅醬排骨 Plum Sauce with Pork ribs】

原料

材料:, 1) 排骨 500g, 2) 薑絲 少許, 3) 蒜米 少許, 4) 芝麻 少許, 調味料:, 1) 酸梅醬 2湯匙, 2) 黑醬油 1湯匙, 3) 醬油 1湯匙, 4) 水 400ml, , , , , ingredients:, 1) Pork Ribs 500g , 2) 1 teaspoon ginger , 3) 1 tablespoon garlic , 4) 1 tablespoon Sesame, Seasoning:, 1) 2 tablespoons plum sauce , 2) 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce , 3) 1 tablespoon soy sauce , 4) Water 400ml

步驟

1做法: 1) 排骨先汆燙一下, 芝麻先白鍋炒一下, 醬汁先調好 2) 下蒜米姜爆炒排骨, 加入調味料炒均勻 3) 加入水分,煮滾, 轉小火燜半個小時, 水分不夠可以再加 4) 燜至汁液收濃, 撒上芝麻就可以了

2How to cook: 1) Ribs blanched first and set aside, sesame fry it and all sauce mix well in a bowl 2) Saute garlic ginger and add ribs inside, add seasonings fry it evenly 3) Add water, bring to boil, turn a small heat and stew for half an hour, can add water is need 4) simmer until the sauce become thick, sprinkle with sesame on it. Done
