Fruit Cake

原料

1、4只鸡蛋,1 tsp 盐,2/3杯糖,1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp 香草香精; 2、1杯all purpose面粉; 3、2 杯胡桃,1杯杏仁,7.5 oz 葡萄干,4.5 oz pitted prunes, 1 oz craisin。

步骤

先把1料打匀,然后mix 2 in 1, 搅拌均匀,我是用handmixer打的,面粉飞得到处都是,所以要先拌拌,别像我一样 :-( 把3料全部拌入(prune切成葡萄干那样大),用勺子拌均匀。 烤盘抹油,把mixture倒入烤盘,用勺压紧。 我没有预热烤箱,350f/20分钟,250f/45分钟。 熄火后让它在里面呆了15分钟。
