原料

梭子蟹: 4只, 豆腐: 1盒, 葱: 适量, 姜: 适量, 料酒: 适量, 醋: 适量, 盐: 适量, 糖: 适量, 生粉: 适量, 生抽: 适量

步骤

1梭子蟹 洗净 去壳 切块 (蟹脚 用刀背敲裂 便于食用) 葱、姜 洗净 切末

2热锅 冷油 油热 放入姜末 将 蟹肉蘸取适量生粉 放入锅内煎炸至金黄

3加 适量水 加1汤匙 料酒、1汤匙醋、1汤匙生抽 加 1小勺糖、1小勺盐 汤水大滚 放入豆腐

4待 汤水小滚 加适量盐糖调味 撒上葱花 出锅
