原料

豆腐: 1盒, 鸭血: 1盒, 郫县豆瓣酱: 适量, 蒜: 3瓣, 花椒粒: 适量, 姜: 适量, 生粉: 适量, 葱: 适量, 料酒: 适量, 糖: 适量

步骤

1准备食材

2鸭血 与 豆腐 均打开 用到深入盒内 划成小块 姜 切2、3片 洗净 切丝 蒜 3瓣 去皮 用刀侧 拍扁 葱 洗净 切小段

3热锅冷油 待油热  倒入 姜丝、蒜瓣、花椒粒 爆香 去0.5汤匙 郫县豆瓣酱 小火 爆香 到入 鸭血 和 豆腐 加1汤匙料酒 加适量水 没过菜的一半 盖锅盖 待 鸭血、豆腐 均熟了 入味了 加适量糖调味(也可不加糖) 取1汤匙生粉 加1汤匙水 搅拌均匀 到入锅内 缓慢翻炒 大火收汁粘稠 撒上葱花 出锅
