原料

rolled oats 片状燕麦 4大勺, chia seeds 1大勺, 羊奶, flax seeds, 黑莓, 杏仁片, raw cacao nibs 生可可, hemp seeds 大麻籽

步骤

1燕麦和chia seeds放在小碗里,倒入适量羊奶/牛奶/椰奶/杏仁奶,放入冰箱冰一晚上

2早上拿出来摆上黑莓,撒杏仁片,flax seeds,hemp seeds,生可可。完成

小技巧

喝不惯羊奶的可以换成其他奶
