Grilled Halibut

原料

大比目魚排: 1磅, 融化的黃油: 2tbsp, 醬油: 2tsp, 蜂蜜: 2tbsp, 切碎的大蒜: 2瓣, 檸檬汁(可選): 適量, 黑胡椒: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 新鮮的歐芹碎(可選): 適量

步驟

1比目魚菲力洗凈擦乾待用(保留魚皮)

2將融化的黃油與醬油、蜂蜜、檸檬汁、大蒜碎混合,均勻塗抹在魚的正反兩面進行腌制(30min-2hrs)

3鍋內加少許油,大火每面煎90秒,煎的時候撒上鹽和黑胡椒,然後改小火煎至全熟即可。裝盤時可撒上歐芹碎做點綴。配上糙米飯就是一頓健康的健身餐啦~

小技巧

若是手邊沒有檸檬,可以白醋代替。這道菜是典型的南加州風格偏甜的口感,可根據自己的口味增加貨減少蜂蜜的用量,我用的比較多,因為我覺得甜甜的會比較好吃~
