原料

花菜: 400g, 西紅柿: 1個, 蔥: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 蕃茄醬: 適量(可加可不加)

步驟

1花菜 切小 浸泡數分鐘後 取出控水 西紅柿 開水燙一下 去皮 切塊 蔥 切蔥段

2熱鍋 冷油倒入 油熱後 放西紅柿煸炒 (喜歡蕃茄味的朋友 可以再加點蕃茄醬) 然後 加入花菜 加適量水 翻炒 蓋鍋蓋 中大火滾煮

3數分鐘後 開鍋蓋 加鹽 調味 嘗一下花菜的軟熟度(喜歡軟的 可久煮一下) 花菜軟熟適中後 關火 撒蔥花 裝盤
