步驟

1蝦 洗凈 去蝦腸 蝦須

2蝦? 瀝干 待用

3粗鹽 放入鍋中 中火 大概8、9分鐘後 聽到 鹽的噼啪聲 顏色略微泛黃

4蝦 碼入鍋內

5蝦身 噴淋上白葡萄酒 蓋鍋蓋 2,3分鐘後 蝦身由青轉紅 既是熟了 撒上 黑胡椒粉

6出鍋 裝盤 撒上香菜葉 吃之前 撒上檸檬汁 ?
