蒜蓉豆豉扇貝

原料

扇貝: 8個, White Pepper: , 蒜蓉豆豉醬: 1 tablespoon

步驟

1Wash scallops in running water, while boiling water on the stove.

2Put scallops into bowl/plate (whatever that can fit all the scallops), and spread white pepper on top of eachs callop.

3Wait patiently until they are cooked. Take them out, and apply some 蒜蓉豆豉醬 on top of each scallop.
