秘制老豆腐 by wqy

原料

豆腐: 1塊, 澱粉: 適量, 雞蛋: 1個, 豆豉: 1勺, 蔥: 2根, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量, 大蒜: 3瓣, 老抽: 適量

步驟

1豆腐 洗凈 煮沸鹽水 煮一下 取出(去豆腥味) 大蒜 去皮

2熱鍋 冷油 豆腐切塊 蘸一下生粉 裹一層蛋液 放入油鍋煎炸 而後小心取出

3鍋內 少量油 放入 大蒜、豆豉 炒香

4放入豆腐 適量水   半湯匙老抽 小滾

5加適量 鹽糖 調味 撒上蔥花 出鍋
