原料

梭子蟹: 4隻, 豆腐: 1盒, 蔥: 適量, 姜: 適量, 料酒: 適量, 醋: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 糖: 適量, 生粉: 適量, 生抽: 適量

步驟

1梭子蟹 洗凈 去殼 切塊 (蟹腳 用刀背敲裂 便於食用) 蔥、姜 洗凈 切末

2熱鍋 冷油 油熱 放入薑末 將 蟹肉蘸取適量生粉 放入鍋內煎炸至金黃

3加 適量水 加1湯匙 料酒、1湯匙醋、1湯匙生抽 加 1小勺糖、1小勺鹽 湯水大滾 放入豆腐

4待 湯水小滾 加適量鹽糖調味 撒上蔥花 出鍋
