早上時間緊張的話就這樣做吧,健康又省時間

原料

rolled oats 片狀燕麥 4大勺, chia seeds 1大勺, 羊奶, flax seeds, 黑莓, 杏仁片, raw cacao nibs 生可可, hemp seeds 大麻籽

步驟

1燕麥和chia seeds放在小碗里,倒入適量羊奶/牛奶/椰奶/杏仁奶,放入冰箱冰一晚上

2早上拿出來擺上黑莓,撒杏仁片,flax seeds,hemp seeds,生可可。完成

小技巧

喝不慣羊奶的可以換成其他奶
