Traditional shrimp soup

原料

1/4 cup olive oil, 1 pound shrimp(我用了2/3 虾加一些扇贝,扇贝比虾味道 还好),6 cloves garlic thinly sliced,1 tsp brandy, some chopped parsley,一只干辣椒

步骤

1,中大火,热油,把蒜煎黄 2,下虾,辣椒,煎熟 3,下brandy,稍微saute一下,下parsley,盐,出锅
