步骤

1红米苋 浸泡洗净 大蒜 4、5瓣 去皮 刀侧拍扁

2热锅冷油 油热 入蒜瓣爆香

3红米苋去水 倒入锅内 煸炒至略瘪 加半小碗水 盖上锅盖 焖煮片刻

4红米苋熟糯 加适量盐糖调味 出锅
