原料

大蒜: 3、4瓣, 青米苋: 400g, 盐: 适量, 糖: 适量

步骤

1米苋 挑捡 洗净 去水

2大蒜 去皮 刀侧拍碎

3热锅 冷油 油热 放入大蒜 煸成金黄色

4倒入 青米苋

5加1小碗水 不断翻炒 (不盖盖子) 加1.5小勺盐、加1.5小勺糖 待 米苋 熟软 出锅装盆
