原料

燕麦片: , 烤核桃碎: , 烤南瓜子: , 烤榛子碎: , 泡打粉: , 肉桂粉: , 姜蓉: , 丁香粉: , 海盐: , 鸡蛋: , 杏仁奶或牛奶: , 枫糖浆: , 香草精: , 梨(熟透): , 椰子油:

步骤

12杯燕麦片、半杯烤核桃碎、1/4杯烤南瓜子、1/4杯烤榛子、1小勺泡打粉、1小勺肉桂粉、1/4小勺姜蓉、1/4小勺丁香粉和适量海盐混合备用

21个鸡蛋、2杯杏仁奶、1/4杯枫糖浆和1小勺香草精混合备用

32个熟梨切丁放刷了椰子油的烤盘底,铺上燕麦混合物,然后慢慢将湿性材料均匀倒在燕麦上,再均匀淋上1大勺融化的椰子油,190度烤30-35分钟。
