原料

薄百叶: 适量(2张), 大蒜: 适量, 五花腊肉(或 五花肉): 适量, 料酒: 适量, 盐: 适量, 糖: 适量

步骤

1薄百叶 洗净 切1cm宽的丝 开水 煮滚 放入薄百叶丝 水再次滚起 关火 (煮过的豆制品去豆腥味)

2大蒜 洗净 切3cm段 五花腊肉 切1cm薄片 20片左右

3热锅 冷油 倒入 腊肉 料酒适量 (不用酒煮 久煮后肉皮部分会过老) 倒入 大蒜 翻炒 待大蒜 瘪下去 加 薄百叶 生抽1勺 水少许 滚开 适量盐、糖  调味  出锅
