步骤

1木耳泡发,开水断生,过冷水切丝

2胡萝卜丝木耳丝,也可以黄瓜丝,葱姜蒜切碎

3盐,黑胡椒,椒盐,鸡精,蚝油,辣椒粉,凉拌汁,喜欢辣就放点剁椒,拌匀

4热些油倒入木耳拌匀

5葱花最后放,还可以放些芝麻香油
