原料

步骤

1做法: 1) 把鱼片摆入蒸盘中,加入姜片,青葱丝和一点红辣椒碎,盖上一层保鲜膜放入蒸锅内大火蒸上8分钟。 2) 起油锅,爆香蒜葱碎至深金黄色后,加入青葱丁拌炒一下备用。 3) 蒸好的鱼片,拿掉保鲜膜和姜片后,淋入调味料和做法2的蒜葱油后再放入蒸锅蒸多1-2分钟即可。

2Method: 1) Put fish fillet in steam plate; add in ginger slices, shredded green onion and red chili on top , cover with a layer of plastic wrap to steam under high heat for 8 mins. 2) Heat up oil to sauté chopped garlic and shallot till deep golden brown color, add in diced green onion to stir-fry a while and dish up. 3) Throw away the plastic wrap and ginger slices after fish is cooked, pour in the seasoning and method 2 ingredients and steam for another 1-2 mins, serve hot.
