原料

豆腐: 1块, 淀粉: 适量, 鸡蛋: 1个, 豆豉: 1勺, 葱: 2根, 盐: 适量, 糖: 适量, 大蒜: 3瓣, 老抽: 适量

步骤

1豆腐 洗净 煮沸盐水 煮一下 取出(去豆腥味) 大蒜 去皮

2热锅 冷油 豆腐切块 蘸一下生粉 裹一层蛋液 放入油锅煎炸 而后小心取出

3锅内 少量油 放入 大蒜、豆豉 炒香

4放入豆腐 适量水   半汤匙老抽 小滚

5加适量 盐糖 调味 撒上葱花 出锅
