Grilled Halibut

原料

大比目鱼排: 1磅, 融化的黄油: 2tbsp, 酱油: 2tsp, 蜂蜜: 2tbsp, 切碎的大蒜: 2瓣, 柠檬汁(可选): 适量, 黑胡椒: 适量, 盐: 适量, 新鲜的欧芹碎(可选): 适量

步骤

1比目鱼菲力洗净擦干待用(保留鱼皮)

2将融化的黄油与酱油、蜂蜜、柠檬汁、大蒜碎混合,均匀涂抹在鱼的正反两面进行腌制(30min-2hrs)

3锅内加少许油,大火每面煎90秒,煎的时候撒上盐和黑胡椒,然后改小火煎至全熟即可。装盘时可撒上欧芹碎做点缀。配上糙米饭就是一顿健康的健身餐啦~

小技巧

若是手边没有柠檬,可以白醋代替。这道菜是典型的南加州风格偏甜的口感,可根据自己的口味增加货减少蜂蜜的用量,我用的比较多,因为我觉得甜甜的会比较好吃~
