鱼香茄子煲

原料

茄子,咸鱼,瘦肉: , 炸蒜子,葱话,姜丝: , 基本味,麻油,胡椒粉:

步骤

1茄子切6公分条状,咸鱼切小粒,瘦肉切3公分条状。

2茄子用150度中油温炸至干身,咸鱼粒拉油,瘦肉稍拉油。

3爆姜丝,炸蒜子,倒入瘦肉,咸鱼,茄子,调味:基本味,麻油,胡椒(全部只需小许)加小许水,铲炒均匀,尾油上煲,洒上葱花即可。
