蒜蓉豆豉扇贝

原料

扇贝: 8个, White Pepper: , 蒜蓉豆豉酱: 1 tablespoon

步骤

1Wash scallops in running water, while boiling water on the stove.

2Put scallops into bowl/plate (whatever that can fit all the scallops), and spread white pepper on top of eachs callop.

3Wait patiently until they are cooked. Take them out, and apply some 蒜蓉豆豉酱 on top of each scallop.
