原料

鸡翅中: 12个(约400g), 绿咖喱粉: 适量, 青椒: 2个, 椰浆(或者 椰汁): 适量, 茄子: 2根, 盐: 适量, 红色彩椒: 1个, 朝天椒(可不放): 适量, 罗勒叶: 适量

步骤

1准备 食材

2彩椒 全部 洗净 去蒂 去籽 切小块 朝天椒 洗净 去蒂 切小段

3茄子 洗净 切滚刀

4鸡翅 去冰  洗净

5鸡翅 一切二 方便入味 (也可以选择 打花刀)

6热锅 冷油 倒入椰椰浆  温热 加入绿咖喱粉、罗勒叶、盐 调味 (绿咖喱粉 少量多次加入 因为比较辣 大概250g椰浆 配50g绿咖喱酱) 而后 加入鸡翅 煮熟 加入茄子 大火2分钟 再加入青红椒 根据耐辣程度 加入适量朝天椒 待青椒熟  调味 出锅
